Interventions

This group of infants will recieved vitamin A and D tab 3 times/week for 4 weeks after they establish full enteral feeding. Clinical outcomes such as BPD&#44
ROP was monitored. Vitamin A and D level was performed at entry&#44
full enteral feeding and 4 weeks after supplement. ,This group of infents will receive standard care for VLBW infants. clinical outcomes and vitamin A and D level was monitored as in intervention gro

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ทารกแรกเกิดน้ำหนักน้อยกว่า 1500 กรัม ที่เข้ารับการรักษาใน รพ. ธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ก่อนรับนมได้เต็มที่และผู้ปกครองยินยอมรับการรักษา

Exclusion criteria: มีความพิการรุนแรงแต่กำเนิด

Primary

MeasureTime frame
vitamin A level enroll, 4 weeks HPLC for vitamin A ,Vitamin D enroll, 4 weeks ELISA for vitamin D

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
BPD 28 days days on oxygen,osteopenia of prematurity every 2 weeks until study completion ALP, Ca, Phosphate,growth studay completion growth rate
