18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 18-70 years, chronic pain from any causes for more than three months, clearly understanding in Thai language both reading and speaking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with impaired cognitive function e.g. dementia, psychiatric disease e.g. psychosis, schizoprenia, and refusal to participate in this study
