Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult patient, ageing > 18 years old, take iv line or arterial line in neutral position(parallel with the body) during general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient has ASA > class 3, unconcious, can not inform consent, not take iv line or arterial line in neutral position(parallel with the body) during general anesthesia
