Interventions

All female patients will be treated with ovarian stimulation agents included urinary FSH &#44
recombinant FSH or hMG after that A serial transvaginal scan (TVS) will performed to monitor the growth of the follicles,All semen samples from male patients will be collected either by masturbation
4 days and left to liquefy for less than 1 hour.,The uterine insemination will be carried out using a soft IUI catheter with the patient in the lithotomy position. The end of the catheter will be plac
and the sperm preparation (0.2–0.4 mL) will be injected slowly (over 15 seconds). Three weeks after the IUI procedure&#44
if patients remained amenorrhoeic&#44
urine pregnancy test will be done and if it was positive&#44
transvaginal ultrasound scan will be performed a week later to observe for the gestational sac

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 year of primary or secondary infertility; [2] female partner 45 years of age at the time of treatment with a normal ovulation history or ovulate response to medication; [3] female partner with bilateral patent fallopian tubes demonstrated within past 2 years; and male partner with at least two semen analyses to confirm diagnosis and at least one trial sperm washing with a quantity of 5 million of motile spermatozoa.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the women that have even though one-sided patent fallopian tube. the women with stage 3-4 endometriosis and previous surgery on ovaries that are influencing ovarian response.
