Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 to 80 year-old 2. Patients who were diagnosed with Parkinson disease under the diagnosis criterion of United Kingdom Parkinson’s Disease Society Brain Bank Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease. 3. Patients who are at stage 2 & 3 of Parkinson’s disease, which certified by modified Hoehn & Yahr Staging criterion. 4. Patients who has been treated with medication regularly with no changes in medication during the study period. 5. Patients who have slower walking speed than normal elderly were enrolled (average walking speed was set at 0.4 to 0.9 meters per second) 6. Patients who agreed to participated throughout the whole period settled
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unable to walk (on a flat surface) by themselves or needed to use gait aid 2. Patients who previously had epilepsy or had done a surgery in around the skull area (might be dangerous or risky to do tDCS). 3. Patients who have been taking sodium channel blocker or calcium channel blocker medicine. 4. Patients who have other abnormalities that affect the motor system and communication skills such as dementia, stroke, patients with bone disease or eye diseases that affect their visual ability.
