20 for inhale and 1&#45
20 for exhale followed the metronome&#44
4 times of stretching ,1 time of DSB during perform stretching exercise with opened the eyes and count the number 1&#45
4 times of stretching ,Close the eyes and take the DSB without stretching (anapanasati meditation pattern) for 2.30 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female healthy participants with aged 20-25 years and normal BMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: underlying of neurological deficit and spine problem.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Muscle function measured immediately at pre and post test using the surface Electromyography (sEMG) on the upper trapezius muscle,Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measured immediately at pre and post test placing the surface electrode on lead II of the ECG and analyze the data via the software

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The muscle tension score measured immediately at pre and post test by applying the visual analog scale (VAS),The qualitative data measured immediately at pre and post test through the observation and interview recorded
