Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unstable PIP joint fracture-dislocations Pilon fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant fractures in the same finger that preclude application of the fixator. Associated tendon, digital artery, or digital nerve injuries requiring postoperative immobilization. Patients with underlying conditions or other injuries that preclude the patients from rehabilitation. Pre-existing limited ROM of the injured finger. History of allergic reaction to drug or materials used in this study.
