Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: first cycle of cisplatin therapy normal tympanogram type A normal microscopic examinations no history of head trauma, brain tumors, severe ear infection, ear surgery, ruptured eardrums, meningoencephalitis, acoustic trauma and cranial radiation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in the end stages of cancers or taking other ototoxic drugs
