Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - The patients can communication - Range of motion of elbow flexion- extension, forearm pronation -supination wrist felxion-extension at least 50% of normal value - Able to sit at least 30 mins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spasticity Joint contracture Upper limb amputee Previous surgery of upper extremity Previous chemoneurolysis of upper extremity previous severe trauma of upper extremity Hemicord injury
