Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral or bilateral limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) from various causes including Stevens-Johnson syndrome, chemical or thermal burns, chronic keratitis, multiple corneal surgeries, and prolonged use of eye drops 2. Patients having experienced auto-SLET or allo-SLET 3. Patients who used to have been diagnosed total LSCD in the SLET-treated eye 4. Patients who have been diagnosed LSCD with impression cytology before receiving SLET
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged below 18 years 2. Patients who used to have been diagnosed partial LSCD in the SLET-treated eye 3. Patients having received penetrating keratoplasty following SLET 4. HIV-infected patients 5. Patients with ongoing eye infection 6. Patients with uncontrolled glaucoma 7. Patients with pregnancy 8. Patients unable to follow-up 9. Patients with non-compliance, physically or mentally
