Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.continue Para-rubber taper 2.pain in knee with 3/5 symptoms 2.1 age over 50 year 2.2 less than 30 minutes morning stiffness 2.3 crepitus 3.knee x-ray Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grading scale 0-1 4.no surgery. no steroid injection plan 5.no severe injury or history of surgery of knee 6.Thai nationality 7.Enable to communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.underlying disease of rheumatology such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis 2.history of uncontrolled cardiopulmonary disease such as uncontrolled hypertension, angina
