Inclusion criteria: 1.woman of all age who are indicated to undergoing LLETZ procedure 2.willing to join a research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Woman who cannot understand Thai. 2.Having a hearing problem. 3.Unwilling to participate the research.
