Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 15-75 2.Scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy for benign conditions Willing to participate in the research program and have informed-consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Underlying connective tissue disease, autoimmune disease, chronic renal failure, cirrhosis, severe malnutrition and bed-ridden status that might effect to wound healing process 2.Cannot follow-up at gynecologic post-operative outpatient clinic, Ramathibodi hospital
