Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed (within 3 months) glaucoma which is one of the followings: primary open angle glaucoma or pseudo exfoliation glaucoma or primary angle closure glaucoma that was underwent laser iridotomy and had visible trabecular meshwork at least 180 degrees. 2. Initial intraocular pressure at least 20 mmHg 3. Visual field mean deviation less than -6 dB 4. Able to have regular follow up schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of any intraocular surgery except for uncomplicated phacoemulsification with IOL for more than 3 months. 2. active intraocular inflammation 3. history of eye trauma 4. current or anticipated (in 1 year) pregnancy 5. allergy to sulfonamide 6. uncooperated patient
