Patient receive surveillance by using ultrasound every 6 month

Age

20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HBsAg positive for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignancy in the last 5 years except early stage skin cancer 2. Decompensated liver cirrhosis 3. Kanofsky performance status < 60 4. Creatinine clearance < 50 ml/min 5. Prior received antiviral treatment 6. HCV or HIV infection
