Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient age > 18 years Atrial fibrillation recorded from 12-lead ECG, ambulatory monitoring, intracardiac recordings
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ischemic stroke within 3 months before enrolment Bleeding disorders Prosthetic heart valve or valve repair significant valvular disease Participating in other blinded clinical trials Severe comorbidities Pregnancy Unable to follow up Not willing to sign informed consent Hospitalisation within 1 month Initiation of warfarin within 1 month
