Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 1: 1. ATTM practitioners or Lectureship of traditional massage Stage 2: 1. age 20 - 35 years 2. BMI within the normal standards of Asia (18.5 - 22.9 kg/m2) 3. can follow the conditions set are done evaluating the feeling and satisfaction rating of massage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage 1: 1. history of injury at thumb, wrist, elbow or shoulder and cannot exert full massage. 2) pregnancy or after birth up to six months Stage 2: 1. muscles pain around the shoulder during 1 month ago 2. all kinds of pain medication such as paracetamol, tramadol, colchicine anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs) drugs relax muscles within 72 hours 3. massage in the last 1 month ago 4. arm numbness 5. dizziness 6. nausea, vomiting 7. history of injuries at neck, shoulder and back in the last 1 month ago 8. operate at neck, shoulder and back in the last 1 month ago 9. ever massage at Ayurved clinic of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine 10. pregnancy 11. fever higher than 38.5 °C 12. systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg
