Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 women age >35 year old with Abnormal uterine bleeding at OPD gyne of Siriraj hospital 2 Indicated for endometrial evaluation 3 Able to read and write Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnancy 2 Known abnormality in pelvic organ eg abnormal Pap smear, Ca cervix, Endometriosis on hormonal therapy 3 Lidocaine allergy 4 Congenital uterine abnormality
