Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: laryngectomised patients for 2 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic rhinosinusitis Sinonasal tumor Fungal sinusitis Radiation therapy at sinonasal and nasopharyngeal area Acute respiratory tract infection within 2 wk. Recent used of anti-histamine within 1 wk. and intranasal corticosteroid within 2 wk.
