Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male / female patients with median sternotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unstable angina congestive heart failure arrhythmia resting heart rate > 120 bpm cough, fever, within 48 hours prior to test other surgery eg., thorocotomy
