asked to wear a pedometer during working day for 5 days a week ,watching a CD regarding yoga exercise and then encourage the participants to perform it for 5 days a week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy pregnancy women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: resting heart rate > 120 bpm uncontrolled blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg exercise 30 min/3 days doctor does not allow to perform the research
