Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: overweight participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - difficult to walk - unstable angina within 1 month prior to test - myocardial infarction within 1 month prior to test - resting heart rate > 120 bpm - resting systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or and diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg
