Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Open-heart operation under cardiopulmonary bypass Age > 15 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Re-do operation Emergency case Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count 2.0 mg/dL) Tranexamic acid allergy Stop Aspirin, Clopidogrel < 7 days Heparin administration within 24 hr Reoperation from obvious surgical bleeding cause
