Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Degenerative OA knee patient which indicated for TKR. Pre-operative quadriceps power grade 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who contraindicate to TKR. Revision knee arthroplasty. Need bone or metal augmentation. Present of underlying neuromuscular disease. polyarthritis, inflammatory joint disease Patient who unwilling to participate in this study.
