Interventions

real tDCS was applied 20 mins per session&#44
3 times per week for 4 weeks (12 session). Using 2 mA intensity via saline&#45
soakd 5x5 cm electrode. Anode electrode was applied at right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex ( F4 according to 10&#45
20 EEG system) and cathode was applied at left supraorbital area.,sham tDCS was applied same as real tDCS but electrical current was deliverd just 30 sec.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCI patients with 1. Age 45&#45;90 years old 2. TMSE >23/30 and Thai version of the montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA&#45;Thai) <25/30 3. Can participate in research over the period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.contraindication to tDCS: &#45; implanted metal devices &#45; history of seizure &#45; using drugs reducing seizure threshold &#45; disorder of scalp &#45; history of head surgery &#45; had been unconscious for more than 15 minutes 2. neurological abnormalities show upper motor neuron signs: spasticity&#44; hypereflexia 3.Neuropsychiatric problems 4. The level of education is lower than the fourth grade 5.using drugs effects cognitive performance; antipsychotic drugs&#44; anticholinergic drugs&#44; antiepileptic drugs 6.drug or alcohol abuse or dependence 7.MCI were treated with the drug during the past three months 8.vision problem that has not been corrected or color blindness
