Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female healthy participants with aged 20-25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: present sign and symptom of neurological deficit and spine problem

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Heart Rate variability (HRV) measure the immediate effect Place the electrode and analyze the data through the software,muscle function measure the immediate effect by using the surface Electomyography (sEMG) measured on the targeted muscle.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
visual pain measure the immediate effect using the visual analog scale (VAS),ีqualitative data of the experience during intervention through all the process content analysis from interview and observation
