Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: abnormal cervical screening and colposcopic finding requiring a biopsy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: know history of hypersensitivity to lidocaine or to other components of the solution, pregnancy, post hysterectomy, bleeding disorders, drug abuse, cervical and vaginal infection and inability to read or speak Thai.
