Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic rhinosinusitis with frontal sinusitis patient 2. post endoscopic frontal sinus surgery with frontal sinus opening more than 3mm 3. satisfied surgical technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unilateral sinusitis 2. post radiation 3. revision surgery 4. deviated nasal septum with clinical significance 5. history of paranasal sinus tumor 6. immunocompromised patient eg. DM, AIDS, leukemia 7. allergy to budesonide 8. pregnant patient 9. can't provide full flexion of the neck (can't preform Vertex-to-floor position) 10. suspected invasive fungal sinusitis
