Interventions
Paients are divided into two groups rondomly,
one group take automated peritoneal dialysis and remote internet follow-
up while the other take continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and traditional follow-
up.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Paients of chronic kidney disease who needs regular dialysis because of evolving into end stage renal diease or complicating diease. Paients who tend to automated peritoneal dialysis. Paients who can take standard home care of peritoneal dailysis. Paients who is of good visit compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Paients who has contraindications of peritoneal dialysis. Paients who has complications such as chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and tuberculosis. Paients who take hemodialysis at the same time when they are included in group. Paients who has psychosis insanity. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women.
