Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis as COPD according to GOLD 2. Clinically stable 3. Resting oxygen saturation equal or more than 90% 4. Good communication and cooperation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe morbidity including 1. Cardiovascular diseases such as unstable heart disease, uncontrolled arrythmia 2. Respiratory diseases such as uncontrolled asthma, pulmonary edema 3. Neuromuscular diseases could interfere with the test or exercise program 4. Patients who refuse to participate
