Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The volunteers were considered in good health based on a medical history questionnaire, none of others medication intake and obtained physical examination to confirm healthy status by Family Medicine physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers, subjects declaring vitamin or dietary supplementation and subjects who allergy to banana, history of chronic diseases and/or acute diseases were excluded from this study.
