Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes 2. Hemoglobin A1C level more than 9% in two consecutive visits 3. receive at least two kinds of oral glycemic agents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. known insulin users 2. known insulin allergy 3. received Glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists 4. Hemoglobin A1C levels at 5-7 months after inclusion were unavailable.
