Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient who going to have elective major abdominal surgery -Patient who ASA classification more than 2 -Patient who age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -OB-GYN procedure -Trauma -Sepsis -Respiratory failure -Acute renal failure -Cardiac arrhythmia -Coagulopathy
