Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post&#45;penetrating keratoplasty at least 6 months Uncorrected visual acuity <20/40 Corneal suture by single interrupted technique Suture retention in steep axis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Graft failure Active ocular infection Ocular surface disorders Irreproducible corneal biomechanics and corneal astigmatism measurement
