Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy women age > 18 years Delivered at HRH Princess Maha Jakri Sirindhorn Medical Center Willingness to exclusively breastfed the baby

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postpartum complications : Hemorrhage, Puerperial infection Contraindications to breastfeed the baby : HIV infection, taking drugs that is dangerous to the baby Formula feeding > 2 feedings per day
