Sex/Gender
Female
Age
20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Reproductive women 2) Subjects diagnosed adenomyosis by pelvis ultrasound as globular shape uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echotexture subendometrial echogenic linear striations, and intramyometrial cysts 3) No treatment with hormone within 3 months or no treament with depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist within 6 months earlier 4) no contraindidation to dienogest
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) medical disease which is not suitable for dienogest such as liver disease, chronic kidney disease, thrombosis and not healthy for performing surgery 2) contraindidation to dienogest 3) not tolerate to abnormal menstruation/bleeding 4) denied to participate in the research
