Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical student who is 18 years old and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical student who denies to participate in the research 2. Medical student with disability or medical conditions which limits the ability of physical activity, including movement disorder, muscular weakness, heart disease, uncontrolled pulmonary disease, and uncontrolled medical conditions
