Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Target population are divided into 4 groups 1. Myopia with POAG 2. Emmetropia with POAG 3. Myopia without glaucoma 4. Emmetropia without glaucoma Inclusion Criteria for all groups Age > 40 years POAG group Inclusion criteria &#45; IOP ≥ 21 mmHg &#45; Open angle on gonioscopic examination &#45; Characteristic signs of optic disc damage (glaucomatous optic neuropathy) &#45; Glaucomatous visual field defects on perimetry Non&#45;glaucoma group Inclusion criteria Patients with no evidence of &#45; Enlargement of optic disc cup: cup&#45;to&#45;disc (C:D) ratio > 0.5 &#45; Focal enlargement of cup disc cup &#45; Loss of retinal nerve fiber layer defect &#45; Asymmetrical of cupping between the patients&#39; eyes (difference > 0.2) &#45; IOP elevation ≥ 21 mmHg &#45; No family history of glaucoma Myopia group Inclusion criteria &#45; Patients who has refractive error (spherical equivalence) ≥ &#45;4.00 D &#45; Patients who has axial length ≥ 26 mm. Emmetropia group Inclusion criteria &#45; Patients who has refractive error (spherical equivalence) between &#45;0.50 and +0.50 D &#45; Patients who has axial length < 26 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for all groups &#45; Patients with history of any other ocular pathology (except for cataract&#44; posterior vitreous detachment&#44; dry eye without keratitis) &#45; Patients with any corneal pathology &#45; Patients with history of corneal surgery e.g. pterygium excision&#44; refractive surgery &#45; Patients with history of cataract surgery e.g. Phacoemulsification&#44; Extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE)&#44; Intracapsular cataract extraction (ICCE) &#45; Pregnancy &#45; Patients with underlying connective tissue disease &#45; Patients who unable to give consent &#45; Patients who unable to perform the test POAG group Exclusion criteria Other types of glaucoma included combined mechanism of glaucoma e.g. POAG with uveitis glaucoma Non&#45;glaucoma group Exclusion criteria Patients who have no data or unable to assess optic disc
