Interventions

Removal of the pannus on ocular surface&#44
followed by amniotic membrane transplantation. The Cultivated limbal epithelium stem cell is transplanted to the affected eye.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffered from limbal stem cell deficiency which are Stevens Johnson Syndrome Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Chemical injury Thermal injury Idiopathic limbal stem cell deficiency Iatrogenic limbal stem cell deficiency or post surgical limbal stem cell deficiency medication induced limbal stem cell deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. conditions that are contraindicated to systemic immunosuppression such as renal or hepatic insufficiency, Diabetes Mellitus 2. subjects with immunodeficiency status 3. Known allergic to medication used in this studies
