Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome who failed the treatment of corticosteroids with convential immunosuppresants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to cyclosporin or azathioprine eGFR<50ml/min
