YCAP : continuous prophylactic antibiotics Cephalexin prophylaxis for age 0&#45

2 months then Bactrim prophylaxis for age > 2 months until complete study.,NCAP : no prophylactic antibiotic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children under 2 years old who have insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis with normal voiding cystography and diuretic renogram insignificant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD < 16 mm or SFU 0-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children under 2 years old who have significant antenatal hydronephrosis or abnormal voiding cystography or diuretic renogram significant antenatal hydronephrosis define as APD>= 16 mm or SFU 4 2. children under 2 years old who have abnormal neonatal ultrasound as single kidney, cystic kidney, dysplastic kidney, etc.
