50 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - The level of pain (VAS 4-6) - Intermittent the pain from 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with knee inflammation, swelling, warm obvious. - History were the knee subluxation, fractured, bone broken or deformed. - The patellas bone stiffness or contracture. - Open wounds in the thighs, hips and legs. - Knee replacement, knee arthroscopy and intra-articular corticosteroids or intra-articular hyaluronate - Subjects were excluded if they suffered from gout, rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, bleeding disorders, skin diseases, tuberculosis, AIDS, cancer. - vein thrombosis - The pills prevent the coagulation of the arteries.

Ability to use the knee by using the WOMAC score. at the first And the last treatment (0th and 8th) ROM of knee and the 30 seconds Chair Stand Test.
