Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Male and female - Age of 60 to 70 years old - Able to walk 6 minute with or without the use of assertive device - Stable hemodynamic; resting heart rate at 60 to 100 beat/minute and blood pressure at 90/60 to 159/109 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Medical diagnosis of lung diseases, heart failure, unstable angina, recent myocardial infarctions, aortic aneurysm - Unstable hypertension (>160/110 mmHg) -Severe weight-bearing pain (rated > 5/10 on the visual analog pain scale) -Severe visual or hearing impairment -Severe orthopedic problems that limited walk ability
