Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Pathologic confirmed of colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, biliary tract cancer or pancreatic cancer Planned to receive at least 800mg per meter square of oxaliplatin ECOG PS 0 - 2 Never received paclitaxel, docetaxel, cisplatin, carboplatin and oxaliplatin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impaired liver or kidney function Presence of any grade peripheral neuropathy from any cause Presence of wound at hand or foot Presence of any condition that limit application of study drug Currently use gabapentin, Amitriptyline or Nortriptyline
