18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic shoulder pain more than 3 months with numeric rating scale more than 3 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: on antiplatelet drugs or thrombolytic drugs allergy to lidocaine drug cervical spine abnormality stroke with hemiplegia/hemiparalysis impaired cognitive function psychiatric patients history of accident at shoulder during 4 weeks before intervention

pain reduction at 2, 4 , 8 , and 12 weeks after intervention NRS, SPADI, passive ROM of shoulder
