18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have clinical sympstoms of carpal tunnel syndrome 2. Patients who have Nerve conduction study of mild to moderate degree of carpal tunnel syndrome 3. Patients who have willing to join the study and give consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have ever been treated with steroid injection or surgery 2.Patients who have a diagnosis of polyneuropathy, cervical spondylosis, rheumatoid, poor controlled diabetes mallitus and thyroid disease 3. Patients who have a history of fracture of wrist or finger 4. Patients who are pregnant or feeding period 5. Patients who have contraindication for treatment of ultrasond therapy 6. Patients who have a history of hypersensitivity to piroxicam or dexamethasone drug
