18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 18 - 65 - Elective surgery - General anaesthesia with oroendotracheal tube - American society of anesthesia classification I-III - Success of intubation in 1 attempt

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Respiratory tract infection - Intubated from outside the OR - GERD - Risk of aspiration - Signs or symptoms of pulmonary aspiration during general anaesthesia
