Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adult post-craniotomy patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic pain > 1 month before the operation 2. On pain medication continuously for 1 week during the last 3 months 3. Prior intubation upon arrival to the operating room 4. Glasgow coma scale score: verbal component less than 4
