Interventions

TDCS was provided for 20 min once a week for 3 weeks. Application of tDCS will deliver stimulation with electrical current intensity 2 mA.(fade&#45

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Patient (age 80yr) * subacute to chronic stroke (>1 months) * Moderate to severe UE functional impairment * Thai-language speaking * Having a vascular brain lesion demonstrated by cerebral imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Patient with unstable medical condition eg. BP 180/110 mmHg, PR > 120bpm. * Upper-limb contracture more than functional ROM * Contraindication for EA ; wearing pacemaker or embedded neural stimulator, Epilepsy, Malignant cardiac arrhythmia and pregnancy * Traumatic conditions of the affected hand/peripheral nerve injury * Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorder * Being unable to perform the task or understand the instructions
