Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Sensory Exotropia Patients - Age >= 18 years old - Unilateral lateral rectus recession with medial rectus resection surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: &#45; Paralytic or restrictive strabismus &#45; ผู้ที่มีโรคทางตาอื่นๆร่วมด้วยในตาข้างที่ดี ที่นอกเหนือจากสายตาผิดปกติ (Refractive error) และสายตาขี้เกียจที่มีระดับการมองเห็นแย่กว่า 20/40 &#45; Previous strabismus surgery &#45; Additional oblique or vertical rectus muscle surgery &#45; Follow up < 2 years
